Accomplished senior executive Scott Pierson brings over 18 years of experience to the team including over a decade of leading strategic development and plan execution at national HVAC wholesalers and original equipment manufacturers. As a pioneer in the HVAC industry, Pierson brings a proven cross-functional approach to driving growth and innovation in business. 

Pierson holds a bachelor of arts in political science from North Carolina State University, and a MBA from The Citadel. 

In addition, Pierson serves as Chairman and President of Zeal Mission Society, Inc.
